The app
Wendlo is a relationship notebook that runs on your device. Your data is yours; we don't hold it on our servers and can't recover it for you. For peace of mind, turn on Wendlo's private iCloud copy (Settings → Your data) or keep your encrypted iPhone backups on — either one means a lost phone doesn't have to mean a lost list. The app is provided as-is, and we work hard to keep it dependable.
The card service
Wendlo's card service prints and mails physical cards on your behalf through third-party partners (Lob for printing and delivery, Stripe for payment).
- Credits. Card credits are consumed when a card is accepted for printing. Credits have no cash value and don't expire. If a card fails to send (for example, an undeliverable address), no credit is consumed.
- Delivery. Postal delivery times are estimates and outside our control.
- Your content. You're responsible for the content of cards you send and for having the right to mail the recipient at the address provided. Cards containing unlawful content may be refused.
- If something goes wrong. Contact us and we'll make it right — usually by restoring credits.
